Shocking news had just arrived from Franklin Middle School, as one of the School’s staff members and an assistant flag football coach for the JYF was arrested for something a parent could never have imagined.
Adam J Teal, a 33-year-old social studies teacher from Janesville, Wisconsin, is charged with taking an intimate photo of his wife without her consent and sharing it with an agent.
However, he is accused of doing something far worse. According to a Homeland Security agent, he was posing as a parent of an eight-year-old girl on Kik, a messaging app, and allegedly told that he was more into “incest and young.”
A Disturbing Confession From The Agent About Teal
The Flag Football Assistant coach reportedly also told the undercover agent he had previously watched child sexual abuse content involving a young girl and even asked the agent to share similar photos.

Teal reportedly also asked the agent to share his daughter’s photo, and the comment was similar, unlike what you would expect from a teacher.
After several attempts to trace Teal, the Detectives finally tracked him with the IP address, which was linked to his Kik email account.
Parents’ Rage Against the Court’s Decision
Teal, surprisingly, will spend no time behind bars, according to the reports, despite such horrendous behavior. He appeared on a Rock Country court on September 15, 2026, where the judge set his signature bond at $1,000.
Adam is also prohibited from using the internet teaching field access under any circumstances, will not return to it, can’t have any deliberate contact with minors except his kids, and can not watch television.
After the court’s decision, many parents are left baffled and have demanded severe punishment, and not just a bond. One parent said, “So disgusting. People like this deserve to be put under the jail!! His poor wife!”
Some individuals have also criticized the school, as they apparently stated that the teacher was on paid leave. One parent said, “Just saw this on the new. He’s on PAID leave because they are saying the charges are non-school related (his wife’s picture) Apparently they aren’t too concerned about his thoughts on kids .”
Another person added, “If he has shared a ‘photo of a student’ why is he on ‘paid leave”?? If he admitted it was a student be should be immediately terminated and the student’s parent made aware. Right?”
The School District of Janesville has also released a statement.
“The School District of Janesville is aware that a 6th grade teacher at Franklin Middle School was arrested on Friday. We are fully
cooperating with local law enforcement officials in their investigation. The arrest was not related to his employment.
The employee has been placed on paid administrative leave, and a long-term substitute teacher has been secured to ensure continuity of instruction for students.
Because this is both a personnel matter and there is an active police investigation, we are unable to share additional details at this time. However, please know that we take this situation very seriously. Our focus is on supporting our students, staff, and families while the legal process moves forward.”
Adam has now been relieved of his duties by Franklin Middle School and JYF following his arrest.
