Kozyrev Artem, a 16-year-old hockey player from the Philadelphia Blazers community, passed away in a fatal Halloween crash in Warrington.
He was a rear-seat passenger, and most of the damage was concentrated on the passenger side in what police called a “side-angle” crash.
A fatal crash on Halloween night took the lives of two teenagers in Warrington.
According to Warrington police, the accident occurred around 9:30 p.m. Saturday on the 2600 block of Bristol Road, near the former Fox Subacute Center.
A preliminary investigation suggests the Toyota Camry the teens were in was traveling east when the driver lost control while approaching a downward crest in the road.
The Camry crossed into the oncoming westbound lane and struck a Ford Explorer. The impact was concentrated on the passenger side of the Camry, and the driver of the SUV was not injured.
The Bucks County Crash Team and Warrington Township police are continuing to investigate. A complete inspection of the vehicles is scheduled for Monday as part of the accident reconstruction.
